New construction plumbing
Plumbing for new homes, additions and commercial buildouts — underground, top-out and finish — for builders, contractors and owners building their own.
What we do
Plumbing on a new build happens in stages, and each stage has to be ready — and usually inspected — before the next trade comes in. We work with your schedule so the plumber is there when the pad, framing or finish work is ready.
- Underground drain and water lines before the slab is poured
- Top-out: water lines, drains and vents in the walls
- Water heater and gas piping
- Finish: setting fixtures and final connections
- Water service and sewer connections
- Additions and garage apartments
What helps a build go smoothly
Choose fixtures early
Rough-in locations depend on which tub, shower valve, toilets and sinks you pick.
Know the rules for your lot
Permit and inspection rules differ inside city limits and in unincorporated areas. We'll tell you what applies.
Well and septic lots
On rural lots, the house plumbing has to tie in to the well and septic system the way they were designed.
Keep the schedule talking
A quick call when the pad or framing is ready keeps the build moving.
The three stages
1. Underground
Drain lines and any under-slab water lines are laid out, tested and inspected before the concrete is poured.
2. Top-out
Once framing is up, we run water lines, drains and vents through the walls and roof, then test before insulation and drywall.
3. Finish
After cabinets and tile, we set fixtures, connect the water heater and appliances, and test the whole system.
