What we do
A good remodel starts with the parts you won't see once the tile goes in. We set the rough plumbing so fixtures land where you want them, then come back to install and test the finished fixtures. For everyday fixture repairs, we're glad to come out for one dripping faucet.

Remodel surprises
Old drains, missing vents, or pipes in the wrong place once the walls are open. We tell you what we find before changing the plan.
What to expect
- Tell us the plan. Which fixtures you're replacing, or what the remodel looks like.
- We look at what's there. For remodels, we walk the space and talk through drain, vent and supply changes.
- Rough-in. New pipe goes in before walls close, with inspection where required.
- Finish and test. We set the fixtures, connect them and check everything for leaks.
When to call
- A toilet runs, rocks or leaks at the base.
- A faucet drips or a shut-off valve won't turn.
- You're planning a kitchen or bath remodel — call before demolition so the plumbing plan is ready.
- You've bought new fixtures and want them installed right.
Good to know: Shopping for a new shower trim kit? Most trims only fit the same brand's valve behind the wall. Tell us the brand you have, or plan to replace the valve during the remodel.
