What we do
A backflow preventer keeps water from your sprinkler system, boiler or business equipment from flowing backward into the drinking water supply. Texas rules require many of these assemblies to be tested by a licensed tester — usually when installed and then once a year.

What to expect
- Send us the notice. Call or send a request with your water provider's letter, the due date and where the assembly is.
- We test the assembly. A licensed tester checks that every valve is holding as it should.
- You get the report. We complete the test report on the form your water provider requires.
- Repair if it fails. If the assembly fails, we explain why, repair or replace it, and retest.
